Intel Corporation used the Electric Maze in their worldwide management development program for first line managers. To date, more than 9000 employees in nine countries have participated in the Managing Through People program. Intel uses the Maze to introduce and develop key management competencies for new first line managers.
A typical Maze activity involves up to 22 participants divided into two teams. The program, first introduced in 2000, has evolved over time but the Maze has been a consistently effective component of the program.
